What Tests Do I Need?

TESTING IS GOVERNED BY THE COUNTRY YOU ARE TRAVELLING TO, PLEASE USE THE COUNTRY CHECKER TO SEE WHETHER YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PERFORM A FIT TO FLY TEST BEFORE TRAVELLING TO YOUR DESTINATION

PCR Testing (Fit To Fly, Day 2, 5, & 8)

ORDER YOUR TEST(s):

Ordering with TestnGo is simple, just add each test you require to your basket. Then proceed to checkout by pressing the cart icon located at the top right of the screen. Complete your delivery address and payment details and your tests will be dispatched. For delivery timelines please see the delivery tab below.

RECEIVING YOUR TEST(s):

Tests are dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 48 and you will be given a tracking number to track deliveries.

REGISTERING & PERFORM YOUR TEST(s):

IMPORTANT: Please use our guide below ‘When will my PCR certificate be available’ to see exactly when you should register and perform your test. You will need to register your test using our registration form before you perform your test. Once registered perform your test by following the instructions in the box.

RETURNING YOUR TEST(s):

Once you have performed your test please place the sample in the bag provided and place back in the box, you will need to drop your test into one of the 1,000’s of Royal Mail priority post boxes available around the country.

GETTING YOUR CERTIFICATE:

Once the lab have received your test it will take 24 hours for your test to be processed and your certificate generated by our medical director. Your completed travel certificate will be emailed to you once ready.

When Will My Tests Be Delivered?

DELIVERY UPGRADES

Delivery can be upgraded at the checkout to:

Royal Mail Track 24 - Aim to deliver next day if ordered before 2pm, except for Sunday’s

DPD Next Day - Aim to deliver next day, except for Sunday’s if ordered before 2pm and I hour time slot on delivery day is given

BANK HOLIDAYS & DELAYS

Please Note No deliveries on the following Bank Holiday’s – 2nd May, 2nd June and 3rd June

Please remember that there are no deliveries on bank holidays so your test(s) will arrive the day after.

Although we try to ensure test are delivered to the timescales above we are at the mercy of Royal Mail/DPD and should there be a delay with Royal Mail deliveries this will affect your delivery date so please leave plenty of time for your tests to arrive.

When Will My PCR Certificate Be Available?
